I'm Kelly & Alana C., the breeder behind Puppies Unleashed located in Hearne, TX. My wife & I breed accomplished/healthy hunting Labs. Our puppies get terrific care/development prior to going home. God Bless.

Why did you start breeding?
We are empty nesters! Given our background, it seemed a natural fit for us to whelp. We have the males with other ministry friends nearby to prevent accidental breeding. The vision we are living out is to place puppies carefully into trusted homes. The proceeds from our placements go to support canine ministries. We love what we do, its more than a hobby to us.What makes your program special?
Our girls and selected males are very accomplished hunting dogs with AKC/UKC titles. They also have Canine Good Citizen awards. We provide terrific care of the development of the puppies with full time oversight. We use our vet tech girls when we are briefly not available such as Sunday mornings. We do all health screens/DNA for our Labs. Pups get ENS, ESI, sensory stimulation, noise, crate, and potty starts!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Kelly & Alana has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

About Shiloh
Shiloh's registered name is a bible verse: "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" Shiloh is a loyal servant. She is very loving and enjoys spending time with us in the house, or anywhere. As a competition hunting retriever she shows beautiful line manners, handles easily, is attentive, and marks well. Her strength is her athletic ability, being a quick learner and she is steady as a rock to honor other working dogs. As a missionary dog, Shiloh is one of our most experienced dogs. Through her strong obedience, trainability and desire to please, she has helped pave the way for our missionary work. Shiloh has presented at churches, schools, camps, and community outreaches. Shiloh is a UKC Hunter Retriever Champion (HRCH). Shiloh is also an AKC Titled Senior Hunter (SR) with Master passes. She is also a Canine Good Citizen (CGC), a trick dog (TN) and has done dock diving as a summer sport. She has had 1 prior litter of stunning puppies that went to companion homes, competition hunting and Search and Rescue operations.

About Genesis

With Him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.” Call name: Genesis Personality: Genesis is a loveable “free spirited” athlete who runs with speed and agility. At 52 pounds of dynamite in the field, off the field Genesis has a prissy “lady-like” attitude coupled with an interest to “show off.” In the home, she is my faithful companion and sleeps at my bedside. Her playful spirit shines when she gets ahold of the puppy toys. Her favorite thing to do is to toss them in the air and where they land is any ones’ guess. She has just as much fun in the pool and loves to demonstrate her amazing launches into the water. As a Hunting Retriever: Genesis is on GO. Genesis has pinpoint marking skills and charges full speed. She holds a nice line and handles easily. Those that watch and know Genesis can see that she enjoys the sport with a “special” style of her own. Her strength is her athleticism, drive, and the ability to see and conceptualize complex retrieves. Genesis is an AKC Master Hunter and qualified for Master Nationals 2019. She is also a UKC Hunter Retriever Champion and passed the 2019 International Grand. Her pedigree is stacked with National Field Champions, Hall of Famers and Master Hunters. Genesis has honored her bloodline with her proven accomplishments.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
