Meet the breeder

I'm Celena Q., the breeder behind Quinney’s Boxers and Boston Terriers located in Victoria, TX. Here at Quinney's Boxers and Boston Terriers our goal is to produce quality examples of the breed that will become cherished members of your family for many years to come while also being capable of competing in multiple venues such as conformation, obedience, agility, tracking, scent work, and the list goes on.

Q. & A. with Celena

  • Why did you start breeding?

The Working Group has always held a special place in my heart. When introduced to my first boxers as a teenager it didn't take long for me to become hooked by this affectionate, regal, goofy, and loyal breed. When the opportunity came as an adult to realize my dream of breeding and showing boxers I seized it and haven't looked back.
  • What makes your program special?

By attending AKC Events, finding good mentors and peers, studying the written and pictorial breed standard in-depth, soaking up any research on boxer health available I believe I now have a good understanding of the overall boxer breed. The goal is to use all of this when breeding a litter in hopes of producing boxers of true type and temperament with a long life expectancy.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Boxer puppies include fawn, brindle, and white. Boston Terrier puppies include seal brindle and white, brindle and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Celena

Celena has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $2,700 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“All of our pet puppies are raised in the same manner and we do not differentiate based on sex or color. We do not take deposits until puppies are born and thriving. A $300 dollar deposit is required to hold a puppy from a litter. As a breeder my first priority with a litter is to evaluate them for potential show/breeding prospects. This cannot be determine until the puppies are 7-8 weeks old. Final puppy picks are not done until 7 weeks of age and then in order of the deposits received. Our deposit will guarantee you a puppy, but the exact puppy will not be determined until 7 weeks of age.”

Contract & health guarantee

Celena may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Celena offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Celena directly.
