I'm Michelle S., the breeder behind Schaible's Boxer Huddle located in Oregon, IL. Read in entirety… thanks Puppy’s are crate trained and started in potty training before they leave our care. We provide each of our pups with lots of socialization and love, and we are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding practices. Puppy’s come with tails docked, dew claws removed, de-worming, microchip, 1st shots, health exam certificate, genetic test. AKC registration. If you are interested in a show quality puppy and you live close to Oregon,IL We will be receiving applications and considering placement (free) of a show puppies.   • Why did you start breeding?

    We learned about breeding from our trainer. We have owned boxers for over 25 years.
  • What makes your program special?

    We use Breeders Edge program and follow good health requirements for the pedigree breed. We have researched and provide the best foods and nutrition for all ages of the breed. We socialize and start puppy training and potty schedules with the puppies before the go home. The puppies will be health tested and have a certificate from our vet, they have their first shots, and microchips. We also do preventative worming on the puppies. We raise quality show puppies, performance and companion boxers.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include fawn, brindle, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Michelle

Michelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 deposit and between $1,700 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes: 1st round of puppy shots, puppy record book, vet's examination letter, prepaid AKC registration, preventive worming, microchip, tails docked, dewclaws removed, (Limited or UnLimited). Delivery of Puppy and Ear Cropping available for a fee. Health test for both Sire and Dam on OFA - veterinarian exam have been done. $300. deposit is required, Deposit is refundable only if the litter offspring becomes not available within 1 year. PLEASE contact us , before you carefully pick a puppy and it is assigned to you. When placing a deposit on a puppy in isn’t available to others for purchase, that is why deposits are non refundable.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
