I'm Darci H., the breeder behind Southern Yorkie Pies located in Midland, TX. All of our puppies are bred, raised, and loved indoors to produce happy, healthy pets for those seeking the best family companion! We’re a small-scale program with a big love of this breed! Our dogs are our passion, and we enjoy spreading the love of our incredible dogs with other individuals and families by responsibly breeding.

Why did you start breeding?
I grew up as a child with my mother breeding and showing Chinese shar pei. I was surrounded by many amazing breeders and dogs growing up and I just fell in love with the whole process. After I had my own children and got my dream Yorkie I decided to start raising them myself !What makes your program special?
We are a home based program. All of our dogs are our pets first. They live in the house with us. None of our dogs are crated for longer then their bed time and we absolutely do not have a kennel set up with a million dogs that do not get the love and dedication they deserve. I am a stay at home mom therefor I am able to be hands on all the time with them. They grow up being loved and spoiled before they go to their new homes .What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, black and white, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Darci partners with them to find the best puppy match.

"This price includes ACA registration for some, vet check, first set of shots and a puppy pack. $500 deposit required. We do not offer refunds. If something happens to puppy we will move to the next available puppy or next available litter ."

Working with Darci, via Good Dog, was a good experience. She was prompt to respond, and was very knowledgeable about Yorkies. We adore our tiny little boy! We had to put a tiny bell on his collar, so we wouldn’t step on him. He plays well with our mini-Aussie, as well as with our grandchildren. He does think he’s a Rottweiler at times! I would certainly refer others to Darci.
