Q. & A. with Larry
Why did you start breeding?
Years ago we had an extremely well bred Golden and didn't realize it. Once she was grown we had her genetic testing completed to make sure she was healthy. Then other Golden owners begin contacting me wanting to know when we were breeding her and could they be on the list for a pup. We talked about it and decided to go ahead a breed her. She had some great pups and that set us on this path.
What makes your program special?
We take months of investigation before we breed. We check heath clearances, pedigrees, and overall appearance. We then do a test pedigree and check the COI to make sure we're not inbreeding. I've been doing this for over 20 years and have been very successful at producing very healthy active pups.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
