Meet the breeder
I'm Michele H., the breeder behind Super City Kennels located in Metropolis, IL. Our family got our first boxer in 2005, Pop. He was a whopper over 100 lbs. He died at the age of 10 in 2015 of cancer just one month before we got our girl, Belle. Belle is now retired, but she is the mother of all my dams. In 2019, I decided I needed a lap dog in my life, thus Cookie the Shihtzu.

What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Shih Tzu puppies include chocolate, liver, silver gold and white, and brindle. Boxer puppies include fawn and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Michele
Michele has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
"The price includes AKC registration paperwork (if applicable), age-appropriate shots and dewormings. Puppies come microchipped. Puppies are raised in my home and are socialized with both small and large breed dogs. Refundable under certain terms and conditions. If terms & conditions are met, the refund will be minus any additional expenses incurred by the breeder (i.e. additional age appropriate shots)."

Michele may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

The whole process was smooth. Communication throughout the process was great with responses to questions or concerns usually the same day or within hours. The pickup process was smooth as well. She agreed to meet with me to shorten my drive on pick up. She informed me that other puppies had gotten a common parasite and I should have Zeek tested. He did not have the parasite so his first weeks at home have been puppy fun. I would recommend Michele to anyone that is looking for a good puppy.
