I am a Certified Judge registered with North America, Diving Dogs and love our sport.

Why did you start breeding?
Our program is built on a foundation of love, admiration, and respect for our friends and the Labrador Retriever. We strive to not only produce beautiful puppies to the labrador standard and responsible breeding practices in order to ensure that Labs will continue to thrive for generations to come. We follow our pups from puppyhood until adult hood and we support the families who have our puppies
What makes your program special?
Our dogs work hard, play hard, love hard, and are part of the family. I hand-raise adorable, affectionate, and versatile puppies and give them the best possible start for a life of companionship and love! We ensure quality puppies are being produced. Rest assured, this is where amazing temperament, intelligence, health, and beauty meet!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Mariann

Mariann has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Mariann partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.

“We match puppies to family needs and fill our lists on a first come first serve basis. We always reserve the right to hold puppies to benefit our breeding program.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and between $2,800 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“First round vaccines, veterinary health check, socialization, Microchipped. AKC registration is included. . Deposits after pups are born. We may hold pups for breeding program. If the initial vet examination a puppy is found to have a health condition not suitable for purchase, we will return the deposit.”

Contract & health guarantee

Mariann may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
