I'm Sarah M., the breeder behind Vintage Boxers located in Ennis, MT. I breed purebred, health tested boxers that can go out and work, sit on your couch or enter the show ring and excel at any of it. I carefully choose the sire and dam in order to produce the best quality possible. I strive to make sure every owner has the ability to get the very best out of their puppy.
Q. & A. with Sarah
Why did you start breeding?
After 2001 I found a boxer mentor and started learning and studying. I learned structure, temperament, work activities, and just general uses for the boxer. I wanted to continue using older pedigrees to keep growing my program and moving towards the ideal Boxer. A home companion but also a diligent working dog.
What makes your program special?
I don't breed for one part, I breed for the dog as a whole. I am not perfect but I am willing to experiment on pedigree blending, type, and style blending in the hunt for my ideal dog.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
