I'm Re V., the breeder behind Vom Valencia Haus located in California. Breeders of 100% German Rottweilers, importing from the best work and show bloodlines.
Our goal is to breed the complete Rottweiler (health, temperament, workability, and structure).
Q. & A. with Re
What makes your program special?
We truly care about the breed and strive to better the breed one litter at a time. We don’t simply put two dogs together because they look nice. A lot of time and effort is put into every breeding. We start the puppies off with ENS at three days of birth. We slowly expose them to different noises and environments. The Rottweiler is a working dog so we feel that that’s very important early on.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Great level
Vom Valencia Haus reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Rottweilers.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
