I'm Ann M., the breeder behind Yorkie & Maltese Royalty located in San Diego, Temecula, Ontario, CA. We’re devoted to ensuring there are healthy puppies for others to enjoy and we do so by responsibly growing this incredible breed. Over the years we’ve learned valuable methods for socializing our puppies. Each litter has a clean and safe environment to learn and grow so they have the best chance of becoming amazing family members! I am guarantee for health and puppies.

Why did you start breeding?
I am around animals since 8 years old as my mom breeding horses and later start breeding dogs to share our love with other people and make others to enjoy them as we do
What makes your program special?
We doing our best for healthy and quality puppies . All dogs is Champions or Champions blood lines. Selected and have well manners . Our dogs is part of our family. We raised with love and care.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Poodle puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Biewer Terrier puppies are black tan and white. Maltese puppies are white. Maltipoo puppies include apricot, cafe au lait, and red. Poodle puppies include apricot, black, red, and silver. Yorkshire Terrier puppies include blue and gold and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Ann

Ann has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Ann partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $5,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee

Ann may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Ann offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Ann directly.

Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Anna was very responsive to our request for a Maltese puppy. She sent pictures and videos of Chewy. We knew he was the puppy we were looking for. She met us half way to deliver Chewy to us.
