Meet the breeder

I'm Erica P., the breeder behind B & E Farms located in Cassatt, SC. B & E Farms is located in Cassatt, South Carolina, and breeds AKC Australian Cattle Dogs, AKC Golden Retrievers, and AKC Miniature Schnauzers. * Our Golden Retrievers aren't listed here on Gooddog * AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders.

Q. & A. with Erica

  • Why did you start breeding?

We adopted our first Australian Cattle Dog, Copper and fell in love! We decided we would like to become responsible breeders of this amazingly talented and energetic breed. Also, in having Miniature Schnauzers in the past, we decided to continue with them as they are so sweet, smart and "lap dog".
  • What makes your program special?

We are vigilant in our efforts to maintain meticulous breeding practices including DNA testing of our furry family members. We require to speak to all buyers prior to even making a deposit on their furry baby. We need to know that they are aware of the breed and would like for all of us to be comfortable with this important decision. Dogs are family... We love them and they give us love back.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Australian Cattle Dog puppies include blue speckled and blue mottled. Miniature Schnauzer puppies include black and silver and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Erica

Erica has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Erica partners with them to find the best puppy match.

" We do need to talk to you prior to any deposit being made. We want you to be as comfortable with us as we are with you! Thank you so much! Erica & Brad - B & E Farms - Cassatt, SC"

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 deposit and between $800 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"All of the puppies will come with a 1 (one) year Health Guarantee. They will be vet-checked, deworming & vaccinations will be up to date. You'll receive a record of their health to take to your vet. * We've decided to make microchips optional. Everybody is different and one new owner may not want a microchip and another may want one for their puppy. We'll discuss this option with you. Prior to making a deposit, we require some basic information and a call to you to discuss the puppy that you're interested in. We also welcome any questions that you have."

Contract & health guarantee

Erica may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Erica offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Erica directly.
