McKenzie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, McKenzie partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We require a puppy application to be filled out prior to approval. This is for us to ensure our pups are going to loving homes. Once you message, I will link you to my puppy application on my website. ”

“Pup's come with registration, health testing, BAER testing, microchipped, provided with vet record, deworming schedule and a going home bag. We require a $1,250 non-refundable holding deposit once your pup is picked out.”
McKenzie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If McKenzie offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to McKenzie directly.
When you pay and communicate on Good Dog, you’re covered by Payment Protection.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from McKenzie.

About Honey
Honey is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves to spend her day lounging on the couch or bed. If she isn’t underfoot, I’ll always know where to find her. Honey is an easy dog to live with and doesn’t require much to keep her both mentally and physically happy. While she doesn’t typically care for toys or daily frisbee time, Honey loves to go hiking and on truck rides. She is very outgoing, loves other people and is always vigilant for voice commands such as her favorite “place.” AKC Registered | Health Tested (PLL carrier) OFA Hips - Fair OFA BAER - Normal +|+

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia

Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Primary Lens Luxation (PLL)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
