Our experience with Robert and Brittany has been terrific. They respond to questions promptly and completely, are polite, friendly and professional. It is clear that they care about their dogs and customers, and made the whole process a pleasant one, with their openness, flexibility and willingness to make all medical, DNA and diagnostic test results for the sire and dam readily available. They welcomed us to their home to visit their facility and meet the puppies, and our 8 hour drive to do so was well worth it. It put us at ease with regard to how well they care for their dogs. They also provided regular update videos and photos showing the puppies’ growth and progress. On top of that, they provide helpful suggestions on socialization and house-training. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend this breeder. My wife and I are thankful we chose to get our puppy from them, and our entire family has fallen in love with our fox red female Labrador puppy, Riley. She’s beautiful!!! Thanks Robert and Brittany!

I am beyond grateful for Robert and Brittany and everything they do. We contacted them looking for a puppy who could be the right disposition to be trained as a service dog for our autistic son. We had been looking for about a year. Contacting different breeders. We knew what we were looking for might be a long shot and had accepted when many breeders weren’t able to help us. But Robert started by answering my dozen questions and asking me a bunch of questions in reply to get a better understanding of what we needed. Through the process they continued to update me almost daily of the things the puppies were doing and then eventually the things our Sully was doing extra to be sure he was ready to come to our house and could be as prepared as possible when he left them for his new role. I can’t tell you how much the communication meant to us. But in the weeks since we have brought Sully into our home you can SEE the work they did. He is such a good puppy. He is a traveling dog with us right now - going everywhere from the bus stop and school drop off to work and to run errands. He’s becoming famous everywhere we go people get excited to see Sully coming. He’s so well behaved in part because he’s not easily bothered by noises or a lot of people. He’s such a confident dog and I attribute that to all the work Robert and Brittany do with the puppies early on.

Robert and Brittany were awesome in helping us find our next family member. They obviously put great care into responsibly breeding these beautiful babies. They answered all my questions, usually within a matter of minutes. Robert went above and beyond to help me get Miss Blake from Virginia to Arizona. If any or my family members or friends are looking to add a lab to their family, Oak Hollow is the place to go!

We had an excellent experience with Brittany and Robert — from our initial inquiry through follow-up check-ins after Remmy joined our family. Communication was easy and responsive, and it was clear they are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in their puppies. Questions were answered thoroughly by phone or message, pickup was simple (including meeting partway), and our puppy arrived with a strong foundation in early socialization and potty training. Remmy is a fast learner, confident, and was clearly well prepared for the transition. They were also very accommodating when we had a few specific requests — providing a scented towel in advance to help introduce the puppy’s scent to our resident dogs and even testing names/sounds to support our naming process. Thoughtful, organized, and clearly focused on setting both puppies and families up for success. Highly recommend.
