I'm Kelly C., the breeder behind Wahachee Creek Kennel located in Elberton, GA. We are a sister-owned program breeding Boxers & Heelers. We strive for correctly built dogs with the drive and temperments to fit any home. Our dogs rise to the challenge whether it be as a service animal, farmhand, or as hard-working family companions! No job is too big or too small for our dogs!
Q. & A. with Kelly
Why did you start breeding?
My sister and I have always had a love for well-bred dogs. I can remember being 8 years old watching The National Dog Show: Best in Class on Animal Planet. We would critique right alongside the judge. Then we would grab our dogs and have them stand for judging and then take off in a winners trot! We decided to breed because it's amazing to see dogs thrive and we wanted to put our passion to good use!
What makes your program special?
I think what makes our breeding program so special is how much we care about our dogs and pups! We strive for genetically sound dogs so you can enjoy a long life with your forever friend. We love each puppy as family. We keep in contact and love to get updates as your new four-legged family member grows up!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Boxer puppies include fawn and brindle. Australian Cattle Dog puppies are blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Kelly was always updating me with Scarletts updates weekly. She was great and was very responsive to all my questions. Kelly took plenty of time with us when we picked up the puppy! Scarlett loves having 2 cattle dog sisters. She plays rough with them it’s fun to see how smart she is at 8 weeks! I would recommend Kelly to everyone!!
