Shannon is a warm-hearted, ethical, expert breeder. I feel absolutely blessed to have found her! My puppy Magdalene has been happy and healthy since the day I brought her home. Shannon is always available for my (many) questions about my puppy and about Boston Terriers. Shannon is so kind, and she really cares. I'm grateful for her investment in all the genetic and health testing — and for the loving way she raises her puppies in her home with her children. Her breeding program upholds the highest standards in health, temperament, and conformation. Shannon's puppies are healthy, happy, and beautiful. I recommend Shannon and Diamonds in the Ruff Boston Terriers without reservation. When Magda is a bit older, I plan to work with Shannon to bring another Boston Terrier into my life — that’s how amazing my experience has been!

I had an amazing experience with Shannon. She is amazing and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My little guy was delivered to me at the airport along with bag of goodies to get him home. I am absolutely in love with him and won't hesitate to work with Shannon again if I ever want to add another baby to my home.

Shannon was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of breeders. She was quick to respond to all requests for information, shared pictures and videos, and opened her home so we could select our little girl. The package of goodies including a bed and toys that smelled like her litter really helped our little one transition easily. She’s 3 months old now and a happy and healthy pup. I highly recommend Shannon. You won’t be disappointed!

Hank is settling in nicely. Our vet was very pleased with him. He is a happy little guy, loves all toys and is working on winning over his big brother. Shannon was amazing throughout the whole process. I’d been following DITR for almost two years. A lot of the Boston breeders in our area breed the designer colors instead of to standard. Still, committing to a dog in another state who we’ve never met was a new experience for us. We finally decided the time was right and I reached out to Shannon. Everything just seemed to fall into place. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly. Even though we had 2nd pick of the boys, we ended up with our 1st choice! We got updates on milestones, vet visits and health testing on the parent dogs. It was finally time to fly to Denver and bring Hank Williams home to Texas. Another new experience! Shannon let me know exactly where to meet her dad. He arrived with our puppy in an airline carrier, all the paperwork and a tote bag full of supplies and toys. BIG thank you to Diamonds in the Ruff and Shannon for our perfect new addition.

Shannon was great to work with. She was clear and concise with her instructions. She routinely sent videos and pictures & filled us in on temperament so we could pick our puppy. She was readily available for questions throughout the entire process and remains available for support if needed to this day. Dogs don’t lie. Hunter (now Vincent) has already let us know Shannon and her kids have spent a lot of time with him. He knows he should go potty on the pad. He isn’t scared of usual household sounds. He loves attention from people. He will often times sit before he gets his meal. And I’m sure his mom and dad factor into this too (I’ll leave that science to the breeders.) Shannon clearly cares for her puppies. She sets them up for success as they transition to their forever homes. When we picked up our pup we were given a bed and blanket with his litter mates scents. This helped calm him so much his first night with us. She also sent toys, a little food, directions, etc. Everything was much needed and well thought out. Shannon’s puppies may be considered expensive but I believe you get what you pay for. High quality all around and worth every penny. Highly recommend. It’s clear she puts her heart and soul into her work. Thank you Shannon!
