I'm Kelsey W., the breeder behind K Heart Ranchita located in Gentry, AR. I am a small hobby breeder settled in the hills east of Gentry, ARK on 50 acres. I raise CKC blue merle, brindle, and black headed tri American Corgis & AKC black-headed tri Pembroke Welsh Corgis. My puppies are raised in a small ranch setting. I also raise and sell cow-bred horses & cattle.

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding at the start of 2017 when I came home with “Paisley,” an AKC registered black-headed tri Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and instantly she became my best friend. Paisley loves to do anything I am doing, including riding horses, herding cattle, baling and hauling hay! She’s my kind of loyal so I decided to breed her and raise pups from her but in the merle variations. I still have her!What makes your program special?
I believe my breeding program stands out because I focus on health first, then temperaments, then color while being raised around the duties of a small ranch. I aspire to provide you with a healthy puppy that is obedient, easily trainable, structurally sound, and mentally sane! I also do not charge over $3,000 a pup with restricted rights to your dog, I believe in a no-hassle purchase process.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our American Corgi puppies include brindle merle and white, brindle and white, black and white, black and tan, and blue merle and white. Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in a kennel on my property.

Price
"All of our puppies are priced $1,200-$2,500 for blue merles. Sometimes we may sell a puppy for as low as $800 if they are mismarked. Limited registration only applies to those not of breed standard. Should your puppy become diseased or deceased in my care, then your deposit will be refunded in full. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable, and only transferable to next available puppy or litter."

Olivia is a daughter of Olive from her last litter ever! I kept her as Olive’s replacement because they are so much alike, it’s uncanny. Olivia is much more agile and sharp, like her daddy, but has the gumption to do whatever it is you wanna do, and she LOVES water! She has not been tested on cattle yet, but I can tell she has the drive to try.

Dally is by Hoss and one of our retired mommas, Malie. Dally is a very petite bluie (dilute) merle with grey eyes. She is super sweet!! She has many of the same characteristics as her momma!

Hobby is by Paisley (retired) and Hoss, and was raised right here at the Ranchita. Hobbit is just like her mother, hence why we kept her from Paisley’s last and final litter. She is fun-loving, high energy, high drive, cuddly and extremely smart. Hobbit works cattle with her momma every week. Hobbit has marbled eyes, one is vertically split blue/brown and the other is horizontally split. She is a very nice dog to have and we are proud to raise our first grandlitters in 2024! CKC registered Testing: DM clear or carrier VWD1 clear or carrier EIC clear or carrier D Locus clear Her father is 100% genetically tested Pembroke Welsh Corgi and Dam is AKC Pembroke Welsh Corgi.

Beau is a very attractive young male with a beautiful, black headed tri coat, that is quite long in length. His coat length test is currently pending. Beau is extremely sweet and personable and loves to be cuddled. He is extremely smart and willing to please. Beau has 14 champions throughout his pedigree! This boy's ancestry is quite impressive, to say the least. We intend to breed him to some of our Pembroke females to better their structures.

Olive is a cartoon character. She is very comical! She is a big time water dog, will run around in circles chasing flies, and always has a “Duh?” look on her face. Olive is extremely obedient and smart. She minds very well, and will listen at the snap of your finger. Olive’s puppies tend to be very comical, much like she is. Most of them turn out to be water dogs. Some of her pups have their own instagrams! I had the best experience with Kelsey! I love my boy Mochi so so much and he is the best and healthiest boy. My parents feel in love with Mochi so much that they adopted his sister Birdy a few months after I got Mochi. Birdy and Mochi are such great dogs which is the product of the great care Kelsey puts into breading dogs. She is responsive and knowledgeable when you reach out. When I am able to adopt a corgi from Kelsey again I totally will. :)
