I'm Brock E., the breeder behind Soaring Eagle Corgis located in Barling, AR. Our corgis are bred for health and temperament with a focus on genetics to help improve the breed and their overall health giving them the best start to life. Our dogs are bred to have excellent temperaments for families and also have excellent intelligence!

Why did you start breeding?
I started breeding purebreds after the loss of my dearly beloved Tipper who was a corgi mix passed away. Prior I have experience breeding AKC Golden Retrievers.What makes your program special?
We have some of the healthiest dogs in America and they are also related to the Queens (Queen Elizabeth) first corgis!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Halo
Halo is a special dog. She loves so greatly. And one of her favorite things to do? It’s hop! Yes she’s a hopper! She is absolutely the sweetest dog the Lord ever made imo! She loves getting on the couch and getting up on your legs and laying across them, when she’s not in her favorite spot which is the top down cushion. She is very playful and makes all kinds of noises when you get her on her back rubbing her belly. She’s named after Tipper who was our first corgi (Tipper was part corgi) and passed at 14. So her AKC name is Tipper’s Halo Olivia Soaring Eagle. Also like Ronnie she’s named Soaring Eagle taken from Isaiah 40:31 Thou shall Soar on wings like Eagles. Halo is the most fun dog you’ll ever meet. She’s got some kind of attitude (I’m a good way. She is also very smart and has a very good temperament.

About Ronnie
Ronnie is a great little boy corgi with excellent temperament and the funnest personality. While he cannot stand a person to sneeze, he loves good laughs and fun times! Especially being pet or rubbed on top of the head. He is a very energetic dog always chasing the squirrels and enjoying his backyard. Oh and his girlfriend Ms Halo! Ronnie is very smart and good natured. He loves being up on the couch in Halo’s spot when she doesn’t want it, and will sleep in the bed or at the foot of the couch. He follows us everywhere but I think it’s because he feels like a guard dog and is looking over us. He is named after my father who passed several years back whose name was Ron E. Ronnie’s AKC name is Ronnen Evan Soaring Eagle. Ronnen (nen means heaven in Welsh) and middle name Evan so when you say it like an Arkansan, Ronnen Evan sounds like Ron-in-Heaven. Then Soaring Eagle partly taken from Queen Elizabeth’s dog Golden Eagle (Dukie) because they are blood relatives of the Queens first two corgis and mostly from Isaiah 40:31 Thou shall Soar on Wings of Eagles which has been a Bible verse that helped me after my dad’s passing.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
