When you request a payment from a buyer, your buyer will receive a professional, automatically generated request via email and can proceed to submit their payment:

When your buyer receives your payment request, they have the option to select their payment method (payment by card or by bank transfer):

Your buyer also has the option to choose whether they would like to complete their payment with Protection and Support:

If your buyer chooses to pay via bank transfer (ACH) without Protection and Support, they will complete their payment without paying any required fees:

If your buyer chooses to complete their full dog payment with Protection and Support, they will receive free access (a $235 value) to our online Puppy Training Program via email after completing the final dog payment:
