Requesting a refund

To request a refund, message your breeder directly from your Good Dog dashboard to ask about their refund policies. Each breeder sets their own policies, which you should review prior to making any payments. Learn more about policies and contracts.

Your breeder will initiate your refund. A refund may be full or partial depending on the circumstances of your request and your Good Dog Breeder’s policies.

After your refund on Good Dog is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to fully process, depending on your bank.

And remember, Good Dog is always here to help. Good Dog Payment Protection covers specific issues that may arise with puppy payments made through the Good Dog platform when Protection & Support is included. Contact our Care Team anytime for support.
