Amber Field Cavaliers

Amanda A.

Breeder of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels

Meet the breeder

I'm Amanda A., the breeder behind Amber Field Cavaliers located in Murrieta, CA. I worked as a teacher for 30 years. I am now retired and enjoy raising Cavaliers. We have 2 adult dogs that live in our home. They travel everywhere with us...although we tend to be homebodies. We raise 1 litter per year at this time.

Q. & A. with Amanda

  • Why did you start breeding?

One of my student's parents had a Cavalier and she would bring him with her to sports and other events. I fell in love with their dog and decided to get a pair of our own.
  • What makes your program special?

I'm retired, so I am home. We travel occasionally, and our dogs always come with us. Our dogs are family and I love being able to train them, and also educate families on the breed.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blenheim and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
