I'm Kathleen B., the breeder behind Braeleen Shetland Sheepdogs located in Caldwell, ID. My goal is to produce a great representation of the Shetland Sheepdog and to continue improving the line with each generation. As a breeder, I feel a sense of responsibility to prioritize the overall health and temperament of each of my puppies and to ensure that they are loved and well cared for prior to joining their forever homes. It would be my pleasure to introduce your family to your next beloved companion.
Q. & A. with Kathleen
Why did you start breeding?
I regularly participate in conformation shows and started breeding to continue and improve upon my prized Shetland Sheepdog line. It is an honor to represent this breed and create opportunities for others to experience the same joy that I've found in raising these wonderful dogs.
What makes your program special?
I do everything I can to ensure my puppies have what they need to develop into healthy and happy dogs. I am very conscious about who I rehome my puppies to and always ensure that each one goes to the best home possible complementary to its personality and ability. My dogs and puppies are my family, and they get the best care I can possibly provide.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
