Breeder of Samoyeds

Meet the breeder

I'm Danielle E., the breeder behind DzLegndary Samoyeds located in Centreville, VA. We are proud members of the Samoyed Club of America, and have been recognized as an AKC Breeder of Merit. Our dogs are raised in our home as part of our family, and we focus on breeding for quality, not quantity.

Q. & A. with Danielle

  • Why did you start breeding?

In 2000, I decided to bring a Samoyed pet into my home because as a child my most beloved pet was a Samoyed named Snow King of Talpiot. My family's love for the Samoyed breed soon grew and we decided to show the breed. I purchased a male show puppy (Jack) in the summer of 2002 and a female show puppy (Grace) in the winter of 2003. Since then, I have been concentrating on creating a breeding program and showing my latest prospects.
  • What makes your program special?

By continuously immersing my Sammies in a loving environment, they not only grow to become intelligent but also inherit the character that makes them the perfect four-pawed companion. Since their every need is in my hands it is my obligation to do everything in my power to ensure that each and every puppy whelped is bred, raised, and trained to the highest possible standard.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
