I'm TomPaula M., the breeder behind Farm Animal Mommy Shih tzu's located in Missouri. We are AKC inspected and meet all requirements. Puppies are all socialized before going to new homes and have the proper vaccines and wormer done. Every puppy has been microchiped and I include a "To Do" list after receiving you new baby.

Why did you start breeding?
We got my first Shih tzu because my husband developed an allergy to dogs. We noticed he didn't have any symptoms when we were around a family members dog... it was a shih tzu! Hypoallergenic!!! I wanted my children to experience of raising puppies...What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver, black gold and white, brindle and white, black and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $795 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Tom and Paula are great! Paula’s communication made us feel at ease throughout the entire process, from reserving our dear Suzy to following up with photos regularly, and finally advising for final payment. Pick up was a breeze too. Tom and Paula are quite gracious, working with us to coordinate pickup on a timeline that works for all of us. When we picked up Suzy (and my Mom’s dog, Winston), Paula was professional, comprehensive, and deliberate. She helped us understand the medical histories of the dogs, gave us directions for acclimating them to the new environment, and prepared us with short term supplies- the food they’ve been eating, some treats, and other useful supplies. The business deal was seamless, and we are grateful to now have two healthy and adorable pals in our stead. In the time since, Paula has been helpful with follow up communication- we have a good feeling she cares deeply for these pups - both the ones she owns and the ones that go home with new owners. TomPaula have both been gracious. Whenever we have questions or concerns they were good about trying to address those concerns. Pictures were sent to me occasionally so that we could see her growth.
