I'm Lynne W., the breeder behind Fountain Falls Goldendoodles located in Westminster, SC. We offer medium, mini, and micro mini goldendoodles. Our puppies are raised in our homes, and play in the fresh air of the foothills of the Appalachian mountains.
Q. & A. with Lynne
Why did you start breeding?
I was born in Rock Hill SC where horses, dogs and the outdoors were a big part of my life. At the age of 13, I helped our family Dalmatian delivered a 13-puppy litter, and I was hooked. I dabbled in breeding throughout my life, but as my thoughts turned toward retirement, I had more time to pursue breeding. My daughter Paralee was living in Atlanta and called to tell me about meeting a great dog called a Goldendoodle. It took some convincing, but after meeting my first Goldendoodle, I was smitten. The rest is history.
What makes your program special?
The welfare, health and happiness of each dog is my primary focus. I stay current on the latest research, so my puppy raising protocols are always evolving and changing to meet current industry standards. I stay in touch with other premium breeders, and I go to at least one breeder conference a year. I've participated in Puppy Culture and Avid dog training and have developed a puppy-raising protocol that gives Fountain Falls puppies the best beginnings as they go to their families. I'm currently partnering with Bella and Baxter training program. I'm actively involved in mentoring new breeders and participating in organizing breeder conferences through GANA.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, red, chocolate, black, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
