Jennifer C.

Breeder of Australian Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Jennifer C., the breeder behind H3 Aussies located in Rusk, TX. Our farm would not operate as efficiently without our Aussies by our side. They're easily trainable, loyal, and have great stamina making them the best working dog. We know how crucial they are to our lives and want to provide the same opportunity to fellow farmers and working homes.

Q. & A. with Jennifer

  • Why did you start breeding?

After we got to experience all of the amazing qualities Australian Shepherds possess, we decided to provide that to others. We knew there were other working homes out there who could benefit from one of our Aussies and who were wanting to add a dog to the family so we decided to be that source. It has been such a joy and an adventure to experience raising puppies and finding their forever families!
  • What makes your program special?

It is very important to us that we preserve the working history Aussies were bred for. In addition to their high drives, we make sure they adhere to breed standards and have the ideal temperament for a family and loving home. Our puppies are exposed to other species, young children, and farm equipment from a very young age making them able and ready to succeed in farm life and in the home.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
