She was kind, knowledgeable and extremely personable, she offered to FaceTime us to show us her pups after a few message exchanges, she sent many photos & videos before we came to get her, she even offered to drive over an hour from her home to meet with us the day we came to pick our girl up. She was quick to respond to all questions and made sure we had all necessities before traveling home (5 hours) with her. We genuinely feel like we gained a friend through this process.
