Meet the breeder

I'm Kelly L., the breeder behind Phantom Kennels Ibizan Hounds located in New Hampshire. Our dogs are bred for health, temperament, and intelligence. We strive to produce the best overall pets and family members. While our goal is to share loving puppies with families, we are still a selective program. We only breed when we’re sure we can produce the healthiest and best example of the breed possible. My puppies are bred for conformation, drive and temperament. They will make amazing show, performance, hunting and family members all in one.

Q. & A. with Kelly

  • What makes your program special?

My dogs are family and true to breed standard with the original purpose of the breed still utilized today in hunting in larger groups.
