I'm Judie L., the breeder behind Silver Fox Samoyeds located in Idaho. As AKC Breeders of Merit, we offer healthy, happy, well adjusted and well socialized Samoyed puppies.
Q. & A. with Judie
Why did you start breeding?
We bought our first Samoyed in 1986 and after being introduced to dog shows, we bred our first Champion in 1991. We breed to produce our next title holder and to provide healthy, well adjusted puppies to families.
What makes your program special?
Our Samoyeds are pets first, yet have fun showing off in conformation, hunting (Barn Hunt) and running down prey (Lure Coursing). We are very proud that they are breeder owner handled. We breed a litter every year or so, depending on what our dog show/performance plans are. We go above and beyond when it comes to health testing.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
