I'm Ann S., the breeder behind Smith Shih Tzu located in Troy, TX. Our puppies are part of our family from birth. We monitor growth and health. Our veterinarian is a partner in our breeding efforts. As active family members, the puppies learn to interact with people and, as they grow, other animals. Our mothers are attentive, loving mothers provided with a secure, calming environment to aid in a pleasant puppy temperament. We start potty training and playing with toys and other animals. Our puppies are a part of our family while they are with us, so we have great success with placement in forever homes.

Why did you start breeding?
We love the Shih Tzu breed. Our dogs have brought us so much joy and happiness, and we wanted to share that with others. We bought our male and then female, then waited for her to grow old enough. She will be six soon and has had 2 litters. We love our little family!What makes your program special?
We only have limited litters. We are careful not to over breed, and our mommies are our family; they will spend their entire lives with us. We are passionate about Shih Tzu, and our love for these dogs shines through in every aspect of our breeding program. We would be happy to introduce you to your next furry family member!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Price
"The price includes a veterinarian health check, first round of shots, deworming, potty training to pads, starter supplies and weekly updates. Deposit is not required. If you choose to deposit it is refundable minus 25$ for the waiting list spot. We follow our waiting list and ask to be notified of any change of mind for others on the list."
