I'm Cassidy S., the breeder behind Teenie Sweeties Yorkies located in The Bronx, NY. I am a veterinarian who lives and breathes for my yorkies. Health, temperment, and preservation of the AKC standard. We are NOT teacups, this is a term used by backyard breeders. Yorkies are the reason I breathe, I will do anything for my babies, and I will expect that of their future homes too. 😊.
Q. & A. with Cassidy
Why did you start breeding?
I lost my beloved childhood yorkie while I was in vet school. When I started searching for a new baby, I realized that finding an adequately health tested and responsibly bred yorkie was close to impossible. I realized that with my knowledge and love for yorkies, I could be a resource for people who expect more from their dog breeders (as they should).
What makes your program special?
This is my passion, I do not breed to make money. Every health test possible has been performed to make sure I am producing the healthiest puppies possible. You would have lifetime advice and support from me, a veterinarian.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are blue and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
