I'm Bill and Chris M., the breeder behind Trollway Pugs located in Wisconsin. We have lived in Mt Horeb WI for over 20 years and raised three children, two dogs and a cat. Our Pugs are part of our family spending all their time with us.
Q. & A. with Bill and Chris
Why did you start breeding?
When the children flew the coop, one became involved with a gorgeous black retired breeder pug. We were the dog sitters of choice whenever they were on vacation. When the last of the wonderful mixed breeds crossed over rainbow bridge, we decided to re-enter the hobby of purebred dogs. Bill had bred Champion Great Danes in the 1970's / 80's under the CKC Registered kennel name of "Kenodane" in Kenora Ontario Canada.
What makes your program special?
Our Pugs are part of our family spending all their time with us....don't tell... even share our bed. They want nothing more than to be on our laps or in our shirt pockets. They take us for walks around the city block 4 - 6 times a day. Doesn't seem to bother us one bit...
