We hand raise each of our puppies to ensure a reliable temperament and cherished companionship. Our pups only go to hunting homes; preferably to people interested in testing through the German system. Our priority is quality over quantity, and every breeding decision is made accordingly. Why did you start breeding?
Purposeful and ethical breeding is so important for the healthy progression of the Deutsch-Drahthaar. I started breeding to not only preserve the line of these incredible companions, but to produce the best all-around hunting and working dogs. It's an amazing feeling knowing that I made a positive contribution to these dogs and the families who love them!What makes your program special?
I am a premier breeder of Deutsch-Drahthaar dogs. My dogs have German paperwork (Ahnentafel) pedigrees and all their test scores recorded. I belong to the VDD registry for the breed and follow all of their standards very closely. My dogs are bred for their intelligence and temperament. They have incredible hunting ability and versatility, so I only sell to hunting homes; preferably to people interested in testing through the German system. If you are looking for the perfect, quality companion and hunting buddy, look no further!Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
