I'm Joelie G., the breeder behind Vice & Virtue German Shepherds located in Kentucky. I am providing German Shepherds of the highest quality, through ethical breeding and training methods and prioritizing health and temperament. I carefully choose the sire and dam in order to produce the best quality possible. I strive to make sure every owner has the ability to get the very best out of their puppy.
Q. & A. with Joelie
Why did you start breeding?
I got a few dogs from breeders that just rubbed me the wrong way, to them it was just money and just a puppy. In my eyes, I am creating a life that I should be responsible for. I am introducing people to the beautiful connection that is the human-canine bond. I just always wanted people to be different, to be better, and my love for these dogs led me down this path.
What makes your program special?
At a glance, you would think that I would say my uniquely colored shepherds would be the answer to this question. However, I believe my dedication to you, my dogs, and the puppies I produce is what makes my program special. The knowledge I received at Bergin gives me the ability to socialize my puppies as if they were all destined to become service dogs before they leave me.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
