I'm Joe M., the breeder behind Vom Bethel European German Shepherds located in Weston, FL. Vom Bethel breeds beautiful mahogany red European German Shepherds and dark Golden Retrievers. We are a family kennel that not make a living from our dogs, we love and care for them. We have been breeders for over 40 years from the best Shepherd and Retriever lines. Why did you start breeding?
My passion for German Shepherds started with the TV series “Rin-tin-tin”, as a child I use to dream that some day I will have my own German Shepherd. And I did it when I was 17 years old. German shepherds were my only passion until we fell in love with 2 beautiful golden retrievers that lived with us for 12 years. So now we live and enjoy every day with these magnificent dogs and enjoy their love.What makes your program special?
All our Sheperds are imported from Germany. Or born in our house from imported parents. Of course high quality dogs cost thousands of dollars but the joy of having them with us make it worthy. As we don’t make profit on our dogs, we can sell them at a very competitive prices compared with similar puppies. What really matter to us is bringing joy to families that can love and care for our puppies.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our German Shepherd puppies include plush and stock coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our German Shepherd puppies are black and red. Golden Retriever puppies are dark golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Puppy prices include between $2,000 - $5,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Temperament Test

DNA Profile, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
