We treat our dogs and puppies like family, and we give each pup all the loving care that we can to prepare them for their forever homes. Why did you start breeding?
We started breeding in 2003 in Wasilla, Alaska.What makes your program special?
Our love for our dogs. We health test our dogs. We only use quality breeding stock. We do not require you to be a hunting home.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and liver, liver roan, liver and white, black roan, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Dory & Eben
Dory & Eben has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $763 - $1,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“We include the following at no cost to you.... Food/water dish Collar Leash Food Treats Toys Shots (3 sets of puppy 5-way) Wormer ( enough to get you threw 16 weeks) Health Records AKC Registration (we pay for this for you) Microchip (we pay for this & lifetime registration for you) Nail clippers Pee Pads Tooth brush Ect... This is just an approximation of what all we add to our puppy bags. There could be more or less depending on what we have at the time. Welcome to Wier Farms GSP! We prefer if you fill out and return our contract prior to deposit. It is not required but very highly recommended!!! Deposit is non refundable.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
DNA Disease Panel, DNA Profile, DNA Coat/Trait Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
