I'm Taylor G., the breeder behind Gerth Farms located in Marshfield, MO. I am a small-scale breeder, allowing me to give each of my puppies and adults the proper care and attention they each deserve. I am dedicated to providing happy, healthy, and well-socialized puppies for others to welcome into their family. I love my puppies and know you will love them, too!

Why did you start breeding?
I have always been passionate about the well-being of animals. Being a veterinary assistant started my love for these breeds and I wanted to put my passion to good use! It's been a joyful commitment, and it is a pleasure to live with, work with, and share with others these wonderful dogs.What makes your program special?
My dogs are an integral part of my family and daily life. This creates the ideal environment for puppies. From birth, they grow in a secure, loving environment where they know that they matter to their family -- that they have a purpose.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include moyen and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Taylor
Taylor has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $750 - $1,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes my 2 year health guarantee, age appropriate vaccinations, vet checkup, microchip and health testing on the adults. Our poodles do cost more for breeding rights. The non-refundable deposit holds your puppy until time of pickup to ensure you are ready for your new family member!”
Contract & health guarantee
Taylor may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Taylor offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don’t hesitate to reach out to Taylor directly.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
