I'm LuminAussies, the breeder behind LuminAussies - Toy Australian Shepherd located in Phoenix, AZ. We are a small, home-based hobby breeder. We are planning to raise 2 litters per year. We are dedicated to raising some of the best Toy Australian Shepherds. A puppy from us can shine as a family companion, therapy dog, show prospect, or working buddy. Our puppies are healthy, socialized, and have the ability to excel at just about anything you would like to pursue, such as agility, rally, obedience, and herding. They make the best family companions!

Why did you start breeding?
Through my research on emotional stability, I read about animal therapy. I believe that working with and producing animals should be done in a responsible way that preserves the breed and provides the necessary care before, during, and after pregnancy. This ensures that the future puppies can be born healthy and with high emotional and cognitive intelligence in order to provide support for the most vulnerable population.What makes your program special?
Our program is special because it is family oriented and places importance on providing emotional stability. I proactively spend plenty of time reading, studying, and understanding how to be a good breeder, including techniques, genetics, behavior, and more! In addition, all the love, time, effort, and care that we provide our puppies to prepare them are what sets us apart from other programs. My pets live inside our home and learn to be an active and integral part of society and their family.Where do your breeding dogs live?

LuminAussies has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes ASDR (American Stock Dog Registry) registration and AKC eligibility. Each puppy also has a Fi Nano microchip. Fi Nano is compatible with all existing ISO scanners and can be searched through the American Hospital Association’s global lookup tool. The chips are already pre-registered to LuminAussies. Fi Nano’s Company is a collaborator with our program, and they guarantee the most effective microchip via two points of contact at no cost for the new furry parents. The deposit demonstrates the serious intention of buying the puppy. Once you place a deposit, I will reserve your puppy.”
