I'm Dottie H., the breeder behind Southern Peach located in Blythewood, SC. My dogs are bred for Health Temperament and a focus of conformation. Intelligence is a must but trainability and love; loyalty to their new person is my goal. Papillons also have a loyal and protective side that makes them excellent watchdogs if they sense danger. Papillons also have an affectionate side that is constantly seeking your attention. Their need for physical and mental stimulation is matched by their desire to please.

Getting a puppy from Dottie

Puppy prices include a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the guarantee, AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy socialization. I only ask for a deposit when there are several interested party's. I won't hold for any length of time without a deposit.”

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
