Why did you start breeding?
A lifelong love of horses and working breeds. My first Rottweiler, Opie, captured my heart. I was inspired by his strength, loyalty and noble presence. I began breeding with care, focus and a passion for excellence.What makes your program special?
At our luxury breeding program, every puppy is raised with love, care, and purpose. We breed elite European bloodlines with hands-on nurturing, early socialization, and health-focused breeding. Our focus on temperament, structure, and confidence ensures each dog becomes a loyal, balanced, and extraordinary companion.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Ann has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $2,300 - $4,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Hip Dysplasia
