Why did you start breeding?
We wanted to do our part to better the breed. Our breeding program strives to maintain the unique characteristics of the Australian Shepherd while placing an emphasis on producing puppies of superior health, temperament, and conformation. Our dogs have brought us so much joy and happiness that we wanted to give back to them by producing the highest quality dogs and providing them a wonderful life with wonderful families.What makes your program special?
At Westrip Angus & Aussies we produce excellent companions. We understand the importance of dog health, temperament, and structure, and every breeding decision is made accordingly. We are very dedicated to what we do and what we are trying to achieve as breeders and we pride ourselves on helping all of our clients find the right fit for their needs and lifestyle. We work with passion, heart, and integrity, and we truly want what's best for the Australian Shepherd line.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, red, and black tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Ashley
Ashley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $650 - $950 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Our current litters are registered with AKC. Litters for the future will be AKC/ASCA. The non refundable deposit amount of $250 holds the puppy until it is 8 weeks and ready for its new home.”
Contract & health guarantee
Ashley may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Litter update on 14 Dec. 2024 •…Puppies are 4 weeks old! They have grown so much and we are seeing lots of blue eyes! They have started in some mushy wet dog food and they love it! Momma ( Nomii) is still doing great taking care of them! We will be seeing them be more playful and curious in the coming weeks!
