I'm Josie B., the breeder behind Charming Country Poodles located in Town Creek, AL. This breeding program is designed to get the best quality out of each of our Poodles. We spend a tremendous amount of time with our puppies. Before they leave us they will have social skills with other dogs and humans, started on potty and behavioral training, started on crate training, vaccinated twice, microchipped, AKC registered, dewormed, de-clawed, and their tails will be docked.

Why did you start breeding?
I have had a standard poodles in my life since a little girl. I love the breed. I honestly believe they are the best out there. My grandfather raised poodles when I was growing up and it was always so much fun growing up around the puppies!What makes your program special?
My breeding program is different. We raise these puppies up like they are going to be with us forever. We let them run around the house with the big poodles, they go on short rides with us to the park, they get rewards for listening, we introduce them to other people, and so much more. We try to send home the best possible version of a Poodle!What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, brown, cream, red, silver-beige, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Josie
Josie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes AKC registration, puppy socialization, potty and behavioral training methods, 2 rounds of vaccines, microchipped, deworming, de-claws removed, tails docked, and a packet on raising a Standard Poodle (Our Methods)! Price range varies for each puppy. This is determined on gender and color. The deposit will be the same for each puppy. This will be subtracted from the full balance at time of pickup. Refunds of deposit are negotiable.”

Josie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
